I always have a great experience at Bupa Dental Broadway. Even having switched insurance to Medibank, I wouldn’t consider going elsewhere. The dentist is fantastic and genuinely caring. The staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The facilities are spotless, and I’ve never had to wait long to see the clinician. Overall, every visit is smooth, comfortable, and consistently enjoyable. Highly recommended!
I had a semi-emergency and Bupa Broadway managed to squeeze me in at short notice, which I really appreciated. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming. The dentist did an amazing job and explained everything clearly. The level of care from the whole team was excellent — highly recommend.
A huge shout out to the staff at Bupa Broadway, they are so caring and attentive, the reception staff go above and beyond, the dental assistants are fabulous and Dr Wark is an amazing dentist! I haven't even made it into the clinic yet and spoke with the second in charge manager Lou on the phone who was very rude and couldn't tell me whether her dentist specialises in TMJ issues or not, and when asked if she was a new staff member and that's why she didn't know, she proceeded to tell me I was rude for asking and she was going to hang up on me. Coming from a second in charge manager is disgusting behavior. Instead of trying to help she wanted to argue and yell at me. I asked for the manager above her and she told me she is not available. That's enough for me not to want to go to this practice as I already feel mistreated. Very disappointing for a so called manager of sorts
