I always have a great experience at Bupa Dental Broadway. Even having switched insurance to Medibank, I wouldn’t consider going elsewhere. The dentist is fantastic and genuinely caring. The staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The facilities are spotless, and I’ve never had to wait long to see the clinician. Overall, every visit is smooth, comfortable, and consistently enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Dr Brandon Wong is an excellent dentist. He makes the whole atmosphere very calming and he is very reassuring throughout the whole dental checkup/cleaning. The receptionist is very helpful and she made me felt very welcomed this morning. I have straight away booked to return 6 months later
I had a semi-emergency and Bupa Broadway managed to squeeze me in at short notice, which I really appreciated. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming. The dentist did an amazing job and explained everything clearly. The level of care from the whole team was excellent — highly recommend.
I have been seeing Dr Brandon Wong from Bupa Dental Broadway for a few years, for mostly 6months cleans, retainer wire maintenance and fillings. Dr Wong has always been thorough, and the couple of times he filled my front teeth from chips, extra care were taken as the front teeth are very visible/obvious and I have been extremely happy with the results. I have also seen several other drs at the clinic for fillings and wisdom tooth removal. All staff including receptionists, dental assistants and drs have been very friendly and helpful.
Yesterday, I had to come in for a filling procedure and the moment I walked in I was greeted by the lovely receptionist, Lov! Dr Brandon Wong had worked very efficiently to do my fillings for two teeth. He was very polite and I would definitely come back and recommend him!
