I had a wonderful experience with Bilal, He is always so professional kind and lovely. The staff are always so lovely and welcoming. I always feel very comfortable throughout all my appointments. Billal always takes the time to explain each step and process throughout the appointment. I always feel at ease. Highly recommend painfree dentistry to anyone who’s looking for quality care.
I went in to see Dr Joul Kasis with severe tooth pain, and after seeing many dentists previously, I was honestly quite anxious and unsure what to expect. I initially went in for a check-up but ended up needing treatment on the day. Dr Joul Kasis handled everything so well. He explained things clearly, made me feel at ease, and was very gentle and professional throughout. The clinic itself is very clean and welcoming, and the receptionist was so lovely and kind, which really helped calm my nerves from the moment I walked in. Overall, I felt genuinely well looked after and would highly recommend Dr Joul Kasis.
While the staff and dentist were extremely nice, they told me over the phone that they reverse oral ties in babies, however they are not experienced at all and shouldn’t advertise that they do. I was told my child had no ties, but I suspected the dentist was wrong as this is my 4th child and I knew what to look for. I took my baby to another clinic for a second opinion and was told he had THREE oral ties (posterior tongue, top lip, bottom lip). I’m finally able to breastfeed without complications and avoided the potential long-term effects associated with untreated oral ties. I keep thinking about how harmful this advice could have been for a parent who did not seek a second opinion and that’s the only reason I’m writing this review. They shouldn’t take on infants with oral ties.
I visited him today at 3:30 PM for a teeth expansion, a clean, a check-up, and a filling. As always, Dr. Tabba did an amazing job. He is extremely professional, meticulous, and makes me feel completely at ease. I am so happy with the results of today's work. I highly recommend anyone looking for a top-tier dentist to visit his clinic. Thank you, Dr. Tabba, for your consistent and excellent care! Shereen Murad
Rami has been my dentist for well over 5 years now and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. He always takes great care of me, does a fantastic job every time, and is super professional. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and genuinely cares about his patients. I always feel comfortable and looked after. Highly recommend Rami to anyone needing a great dentist!
