From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, friendly, and incredibly professional. Their efficiency in managing appointments, paperwork, and a bit of wait times made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they truly care about every patient who walks through the door. I had a wonderful experience at this dental care. My appointment for impacted wisdom teeth had been canceled at another clinic, but when I called here around 11:30 am on 29th Dec 2025, I was able to get an appointment the same day at 2 pm. The service was incredibly fast, and having my wisdom teeth removed so efficiently was truly rewarding. The receptionists, Dr. Somaya (who I heard is also a teacher), and the rest of the staff made me feel genuinely cared for. Even after the treatment, the support was excellent. I had been extremely nervous and stressed for days, but the procedure went smoothly, and I am very happy with the service. Dr. Somaya has exceptionally skilled hands. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience from start to end lovely Reception staff who was kind enough to understand and fit my son in who was in pain, and he's been taken good care too, I would recommend this place to anyone. I'll be there in forever patient list now and I can't thank enough, kindest people you will meet wanted to thank them writing something to company, which I will. I'm very happy with the team.

My experience at this clinic was all kinds of bad. When I first made my appointment I called them ahead of time to confirm if my private health insurance covers the costs or would it be an out of pocket expense. But the person who answered who I assume was the receptionist refused to answer my inquiry and said we should discuss this on the day of the appointment. This itself is so bewildering to me. It can’t be that hard to answer a simply question instead of trying to lure people in. On the day of my appointment, when I asked the receptionist (Saturday arvo) about it she was extremely condescending towards me. When I asked told her that the person told me on the phone how we can discuss she told me rudely “It wasn’t me who spoke to you on the phone” and when then while I was making the payment and for some reason my payment got declined she made a sour face and said in a rude tone that I should go get a new card. Who does she think she is? I was seated for a while waiting for my appointment and she was just as rude to another lady. Instead of answering her inquiry she demanded payment. Please advise your receptionist to fix her attitude. Now about my clean up, Dr Nair seems like such a kind and gentle soul but I’m not satisfied with my treatment at all. I have good dental hygiene and there was pretty much no difference before and after my cleanup. And that was not the case dyeing my previous clean ups. Will not be going again, that’s for sure

After years of being scared of dentists and avoiding them Dr Kong really made me feel comfortable informative and calming, the whole team mind you are incredibly professional and I commend the team at Pacific Smiles! See you in 6 months!
