Way too overpriced. Dr. Mahoney quoted me at $14,000 and claimed I needed to put a plate on my upper pallette. Saw Dr. Playfair at Campbelltown. He said I did not need that and charged me $7400 for the same treatment. I just finished my treatment with play fair last week and was very happy with the results. Edit: You claim I’m not on the database. This is false. I received a quote at Gregory Hills from Dr. Mahoney about 4 years ago. Pictured Is the correspondence. My last name is not Seasons
They're nice and attentive upfront. However, once you lock the contract in the service and care goes out the window. Extremely high volume practice, where they're booked out months in advance, so if you have a problem don't expect an appointment easily. The amount of money they turn over is astronomical. Also, Dr Mahoney only does your initial treatment plan and then you're handed over to their inhouse ortho which at times, has limited idea on what the best practices are. There is a clear gap in knowledge. Also, be wary of being sold a product or treatment plan as they are often financially motivated to do so. Seek a second opinion. Their business model is centred around getting you in and out of the practice and squeezing as many patients in a day as possible. Naturally, the consequence of that is that the level of care and treatment becomes a second thought. My experience is that this is more of a transactional business that lines the pocket of Dr Mahoney than a clinic that puts their patients first.
Lovely staff, good experience for my 8 year old son. Dr Mahony was great and very considerate of our living rurally, combining appointments for my two children and finding us emergency care closer to home. Very happy with Full Face Orthodontics.

They are happy to answer all my questions and give recommendations to help with overall health and that’s exactly why I enjoy seeing them. Can’t wait to see the final results for my kids!
