John was incredibly thorough, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing. No pain! The clinic itself was spotless and modern, and the whole appointment was smooth and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in their work. Been coming to family focus dental for a few years now with Dr John Tran - he’s always extremely professional and does a good job with his dental treatments, whether it be a clean or removing a cavity. He always allows time at the end to answer any questions I have and explains any dental terms very clearly! I really recommend Dr Tran :) The facilities and environment are also very nice, clean and tidy and my wait times have never been longer than 5 minutes! The receptionists and managers Melva and Paul are also so lovely and friendly. They’re always very patient when my health fund card has issues and helps me out with it! It’s always a pleasure to chat with them every 6 months 😊 Overall an amazingly capable and friendly team!
