Been coming to family focus dental for a few years now with Dr John Tran - he’s always extremely professional and does a good job with his dental treatments, whether it be a clean or removing a cavity. He always allows time at the end to answer any questions I have and explains any dental terms very clearly! I really recommend Dr Tran :) The facilities and environment are also very nice, clean and tidy and my wait times have never been longer than 5 minutes! The receptionists and managers Melva and Paul are also so lovely and friendly. They’re always very patient when my health fund card has issues and helps me out with it! It’s always a pleasure to chat with them every 6 months 😊 Overall an amazingly capable and friendly team!
Dr. Simon is a great dentist! The clinic is modern and well presented. He is very kind and put me at ease and explained in a professional manner. I’ll definitely come back :)

My first visit today for a long overdue clean and check-up. I didn't feel pressured or rushed at all. Dr John was super friendly and professional, made me feel totally at ease. The team is highly skilled and helpful. Highly recommended.
