I had an appointment with Dr. Sai today and it was AWESOME! First of all the presentation of the clinic was stunning everything was neat and tidy and really modern. It was my first time to the clinic today and Dr. Sai was genuinely amazing. He was cheerful and kind and walked me through the whole process of what was going to happen. He explained everything to me with how I should be brushing my teeth and changes I should be making to my daily oral hygiene routine. Dr. Sai also showed and explained what would happen to my teeth if I didn't floss my teeth enough which has definitely convinced me to take extra care! The procedure was honestly the best I've ever had - it was a swift and smooth process, completely painless and was over before I knew it! Great efficiency! There was music and views playing on the TV above which helped set a pleasant mood and atmosphere during the treatment. He also struck up good conversation in between the appointment asking me about my holidays (gave me great advice and recommendations on a trip to Japan 😍😍) and complimenting my cool shoes too! Overall, the service was absolutely phenomenal and I'd definitely recommend to anyone wanting the best of best dental health! Thank you, Dr. Sai!
