We feel incredibly lucky to have found The Friendly Dentist and right across the road from us. It’s not actually that hard to find a technically competent dentist. What is hard is finding one who is genuinely excellent with people, especially kids, and who makes the whole experience feel easy, calm and painless. Anthony has three kids himself and it really shows. He has such a great manner with our boys. Visits are encouraging and fun rather than stressful, boring or intimidating. The fact that our two neurodivergent boys can go to the dentist without complaints or anxiety says everything. He’s also helped me personally with urgent dental work for a broken tooth and fitted me in quickly when I really needed help. I’ve always found him pragmatic, honest and refreshingly not pushy. No upselling, no pressure to do unnecessary work, just sensible advice and excellent care. The whole team are fantastic too. Friendly, welcoming, organised and always on time, which honestly feels rarer and rarer these days. A genuinely great local business and a dentist we recommend without hesitation.
Anthony is an excellent , skilful dentist who is very professional, competent, explains procedures clearly, gentle, friendly and calm. He and his great team make you feel very comfortable. They are kind, helpful and welcoming. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Great to know we have such a wonderful clinic/practice in our area.

The Friendly Dentist, Manly has been our family dentist for almost 10yrs. Service with a smile, professional and caring advice, plus being extra attentive with our kids makes for an easy experience all round!! Highly recommended
Anthony has been our family dentist since we moved to Manly. I enjoy going there as I always have a pleasant experience. He is also very good with my son and even offered him another flavour of fluoride treatment as mint was making my son sick.
