Manly is best reached by the Manly Ferry from Circular Quay, a scenic 30-minute journey running regularly throughout the day. The B1 bus from the city via the Spit Bridge is an alternative but slower option. There is no direct train link — the nearest station is Manly Wharf, served only by the ferry.

Yes, the Manly Ferry from Circular Quay takes approximately 30 minutes and docks near Manly Wharf, a short walk to most dental clinics on The Corso and Sydney Road. Ferry services run from early morning, making early dental appointments achievable for CBD workers.
Was seeing Dr Matar for many years and he was really good. If I had any issues or wanted to know more he actually called me to discuss. He was forthcoming and honest. Unfortunately he left then I was put with Dr Camilo Rios. He straight away told me I needed two fillings on my molars. He took pics and showed me tiny shadows. I look after my teeth very well so I was concerned why all of a sudden I need two surface fillings. I sent an email to find out more before booking for the procedure. He completely ignored me. I contacted twice more once by phone and once by email and the receptionist apologised and said she will try again. I received nothing. This was nearly 3 months ago now. It really destroyed any confidence I had in this surgery and just made me feel like what he told me was false. Just terrible customer service. After many years here I won't return. Edit - Your copy paste response is so predictable. I already contacted via the email you've given and that was ignored too. You clearly don't value feedback at all or you'd do something about complaints instead of just lasting hollow replies.
Dr. Angus Wilson was professional, gentle, and took the time to clearly explain every step of the treatment. His friendly and reassuring approach made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. The staff were also welcoming and efficient, making the whole visit smooth and pleasant.
I had my wisdom tooth removed in the chair by Dr Camillo and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The procedure was quick (about 20 minutes once I was numb) and I had absolutely no pain the next day. Highly recommend!
The dentist’s room was extremely small and cramped, with no space for basic equipment like a cuspidor. This made it uncomfortable for me as a patient, since I had to rinse and spit into plastic cups handed to me by the assistant. Holding two cups while lying back in the chair felt awkward and unprofessional, it is not something patients should have to manage. If you are claustrophobic, this space would be especially difficult to tolerate. Another issue was the dentist’s height. Because she could not reach my mouth comfortably, she tilted the chair so far back that I felt blood rushing to my head. When I raised this concern, she brushed it off and simply said, “You’ll be right,” which didn’t feel reassuring. The entire appointment, exam, scale, clean, and treatment was rushed and over in less than 15 minutes. It felt incomplete and lacked the care and attention I would normally expect. I won’t be returning.
I dont know why these people keep auto-booking meetings like its going to trick me into becoming their customer.. Unethical behaviour like this is why dentists in Australia are largely viewed as unprofessional and more akin to salesmen amongst their international counterparts.
