I often visit Our Medical. The centre has a lot of services all under one roof. The blood clinic in particular is very quick and results are quickly sent to the doctor. It was easy to book and the waiting room is comfortable. Phil Norrie is an excellent doctor who listens and cares for his patients. He is very knowledgeable and always advises and treats his patients with respect and care. He has cared for my family for 20 years and I will continue to attend where he treats. Thank you Phil Norrie and thank you ‘Our Medical ‘

I highly recommend Dr Philip Norrie. Use the App to book an appointment online (which is bulk billed), so there's very little wait time. I've been a patient of Dr Norrie's since Our Medical first opened. I've also been treated several times in the Treatment Room which runs smoothly with short wait times (saved me trips to the Northern Beaches Hospital ER and long waits). One one occasion I was referred to Our Medical Radiology (x-ray and CT) by my doctor, and my scans went to him as soon as they were completed. I had my scan, and received my results and treatment plan from my doctor all within 2 hours.

Dr. Norrie is an excellent GP. Always professional, caring, and genuinely takes the time to listen. I’ve always felt well looked after and supported during my appointments. The staff are also friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed. We came in and were in the cue and our name got called and just as we were walking up they decided to replace us with someone else and take them into the room leaving us outside after our name was called. The lady I am with just had serious surgery for a cyst removal that burst. We came in and had our name called and then we were put behind someone else and had to wait for their appointment to finish. Very unethical of the doctor and this was extremely frustrating for the lady I am with as she was in extreme pain. Very unprofessional and when we asked one of the doctors at the front desk, she had a nasty look on her face and seemed frustrated that she had to look up the name for us. Very rude staff that need to be trained on how to kindly deal with situations. After we got to the door I asked DR Ali to apologise for this and he refused to give an apology to the women I was with, proceeding to say “he’s not a magician”. The receptionist at the front desk was also rude after I asked her to change doctors and asked me to not stand close to the desk when I was literally 5 metres away from it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff are rude and uneducated. Apologising to someone for being unethical, isn’t difficult.

Doctor Norrie is the best doctor I’ve seen. He handled my mums dementia diagnosis really well with honesty, care and a speedy referral to Neurologist. Highly recommend Dr.Norrie, also you can book him on the app prior, don’t have to wait.
