Dr Erica Wong has been looking after my dental health for many years and I find her very professional and caring for her patients. During periodic checkup and cleaning she reminds me of the ongoing issues of my teeth that I should monitor in order to optimise my dental health. The dental staff at the front desk are kind and very helpful in managing appointments and processing of claims. Overall, a fantastic experience with Fantastic Smile.
I wanted to say how appreciative I am of the receptionist and dentist Dr Melissa Cheung. I informed Dr Melissa of my condition affecting my mouth mobility and she was very understanding and offered some proactive ways to make my experience more pleasant. The cleaning was done with no issues and was far less sensitive than I thought, no anaesthetic gel required. The receptionist (didn’t catch her name) was friendly and proactive. She ran up the stairs to get the item codes when there was only a 2 min delay, so that I wouldn’t be left waiting.
Dr Andrew Lau is extremely gentle and detail-oriented, which made the whole visit very reassuring. The dental assistant and receptionist are both friendly, polite, and professional. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for excellent dental care.

This place is absolutely amazing. They saw my wife on a Sunday afternoon when she was in extreme pain. It was a root canal that needed to be done and they addressed it fairly priced as well. And Annie dentist was absolutely amazing the way she took care of my wife. Amazing made the whole situation looks so easy and comfortable.
