This place is absolutely amazing. They saw my wife on a Sunday afternoon when she was in extreme pain. It was a root canal that needed to be done and they addressed it fairly priced as well. And Annie dentist was absolutely amazing the way she took care of my wife. Amazing made the whole situation looks so easy and comfortable. Dr Erica Wong has been looking after my dental health for many years and I find her very professional and caring for her patients. During periodic checkup and cleaning she reminds me of the ongoing issues of my teeth that I should monitor in order to optimise my dental health. The dental staff at the front desk are kind and very helpful in managing appointments and processing of claims. Overall, a fantastic experience with Fantastic Smile.
I’ve been a regular patient at this clinic for several years, and the dentist has always been professional, patient, and very understanding. On this visit, I arrived slightly late due to work, informed the clinic in advance, and apologised multiple times. However, the attitude of one reception staff member was disappointing. Upon arrival, I was met with an eye roll and my name being called out loudly in a way that felt uncomfortable. At checkout, the same staff member made a loud and sarcastic comment within earshot: “We only look at results, not reasons.” I fully understand that punctuality is important, but respectful communication should go both ways. This experience was disappointing and detracted from an otherwise positive long-term relationship with the clinic.
One of my teeth was broken on Saturday. I went to the clinic on Sunday without prior communication, after listening to my issues, the reception staff Joy immediately put me on the waiting list for the day, and got me an appointment on the same today shortly. The dentist Dr Tony Yang was also very accommodating. The reception staff Joy and the dentist Dr Tony Yang (and his assistant) were extremely professional and friendly. They provided me with one of the most enjoyable dental treatment experiences I have ever had in my life. My salute to their dedication to customer services and professionalism.
