Dr Paul Watt has been my dentist since I was a teenager. He’s always been friendly, asks about my life and how I’ve been at every visit. He’s also been understanding and supportive when I’ve been nervous in the chair. Now I attend with my daughter who’s been seeing him for the past 2 years. Dr Watt has helped her become comfortable in the chair and provides lots of praise with how she does. The reception and dental assistant staff are friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr Watt as a family dentist.

I had an appointment with Dr Paul on 31/3/25 that I later realised was a poor clinical experience after discussing it with another dentist. Two cavities were identified. While I understand time constraints, the issue was the lack of communication and patient care. I informed Dr Paul of a medical condition affecting my mouth mobility, yet I was repeatedly criticised for it, with visible frustration during treatment. Local anaesthetic was administered without informing me beforehand. Only after the injection was I told that only one cavity would be treated and that I would need to return for another injection. Anaesthetic gel was also used for a routine clean, which I have not experienced at other clinics, and the scaling was more uncomfortable than a later unmedicated clean elsewhere. Following the appointment, I experienced significant facial sensitivity for several months. The reception and other staff were professional and kind, which unfortunately contrasted with the clinical care. I visited Fantastic smiles in Hurstville after this and the care I received there helped me recover from the trauma of this visit.

Have been to Experteeth Kogarah for a couple of years now and have always found the care and service provided to be excellent. The practice is always clean, with good facilities and the dentists are very kind and personable. I also appreciate the effort the reception staff put in to fit me in for an appointment when I had an urgent dental problem as well. I would personally appreciate the option to book online if at all possible for routine appointments, but find their phone is answered promptly so it hasn’t really been an issue.

My family and I have been going to see Dr Paul Watt for 10+ years now and he’s excellent. Every treatment I’ve ever received has been pain-free. Couldn’t recommend him more. Thankyou to all the staff too. Friendly, professional and very capable.

I had a check-up and clean with Tina yesterday and had such a great experience. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. She explained everything clearly and was very gentle, which really helped ease my nerves. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and friendly dentist!
