Firstly the dentist I saw Dr Lisa was nice and professional, however the amount of pushiness to make a follow up appointment is too much! I had to say 3 times at reception that I will contact them to make my next clean. Then 6 months later they message me to confirm my appointment which I told them I've never made. Later on, I decided to see another dentist and was told I needed a filling and because Clemton Park Dental is so close to me I thought I would give them another chance because I did really like the dentist however on calling the practice I wanted to ask for a quote for the filling and told them the surfaces of the tooth (as the other dentist gave me a quote for the filling) but yet again the persistence to book in a clean and then get the filling was unnecessary. I only wanted at least an estimation but they kept on telling me to book in a clean first then a filling I told them I do not require a clean I have just received one from another dentist I'm only after a filling, but as usual I felt like they were not listening to me and were focus on the business aspect then actually catering to patients. Very disappointed!

I can’t recommend Clemton Park Dental enough! Dr Wendy and her team were absolutely amazing when my daughter was getting her braces put in yesterday on 03/10/25. They went above and beyond to make the whole experience smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. They even made her feel completely safe and at ease during her very first tooth filling. The staff were warm, caring, and professional every step of the way, and Dr Wendy explained everything so clearly. We felt truly supported and well looked after. An incredible experience from start to finish, thank you for making such a big milestone such a positive one 🌟 ⭐ 🌟 🌟 🌟

Absolutely outstanding service! They took us in as an emergency on a Sunday when my mum was in severe pain and understandably distressed. The dentist was incredibly caring and reassuring, and every member of the team showed remarkable patience and gentleness despite being extremely busy. Their compassion and professionalism made a very difficult situation so much easier. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I recently visited Dr. Wendy Tui, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Dr. Tui is incredibly skilled, gentle, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, makes you feel comfortable throughout the appointment, and always goes the extra mile to ensure the best outcome.

This place used to be fantastic. I've been really disappointed with my recent experiences. I got a root canal done and the process went smoothly but I was never told about the need for a crown. As this was my first time having a RC I didn't know to ask for one. Unfortunately after a year the tooth cracked and the whole process was costly and pointless. I feel like it was a silly oversight that cost me a tooth. My brother in law also had the same experience and also lost his tooth. As they've gotten busier they seem to care less and it's been pretty upsetting
