The dentist Sujata Thapaliya is professional, gentle, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the visit. The level of care and attention to detail was excellent. The front desk team also deserves special mention — Jaimie and Olivia were both welcoming, friendly, and very organised. Booking and rescheduling appointments was easy, and they were always helpful with reminders and any questions I had. Overall, a fantastic clinic with a caring and professional team. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care.

I’ve had such a positive experience with BUPA Dental! From the moment you walk in, Denise at the front desk makes you feel so welcome she’s warm, friendly, and always incredibly helpful. I see Dr Dawoud, and he is absolutely amazing. He’s been fantastic with my clean-ups and took the time to guide me through the best pathway for replacing a missing tooth, which led to getting a partial denture. When the denture didn’t feel quite right at first, he went above and beyond to make adjustments, putting in so much care and effort to ensure it was comfortable and just right for me. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism, kindness, and dedication from the whole team. Highly recommend!

I keep visiting Bupa Dental Mortdale for regular checkups and the professionals there are very cordial. Denise, at the front desk, always feel welcoming with her quick assistance. Dr Sujata, with whom I have my appointments frequently, is always caring. She keeps checking on her patients if they are comfortable with the service she offers. The Dental nurses have good coordination with Dr Sujata. I was really surprised when Nurse Sunita was ready with the equipments that Dr Sujata would require during my tooth filling procedure. It was as if they were communicating with their minds. The entire team is really good with great coordination, and professionalism. Would recommend to anyone requesting suggestions for dental practicioners.
