Dr Richard Oh, along with his dental nurse, consistently delivered exemplary care. This made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout. SBD has provided me with general dental care, and also advanced treatments, including crowns and veneers, and we have also discussed therapeutic dentistry. The front desk reception team added to the welcoming atmosphere with their friendly, happy demeanour and readiness to assist at any time. Before my last appointment, I had to reschedule three times, as I was admitted into the hospital. The ladies on reception made me feel cared for and understood the situation. This was a refreshing change to be understood. The practice itself is beautifully maintained, which creates a relaxed environment that helps ease any dental visit anxiety. This dental practice offers outstanding service in a warm and professional setting, making every visit a positive experience.

Friendly, attentive and professional admin/reception staff and Ros was very competent and gentle with my extremely challenging emergency appointment with excellent follow-up. Being able to book the 'emergency' appointment online out of hours was very much appreciated.
Recently Dr Bradley Moore did a fabulous job of my wisdom teeth extractions, he is an absolute whizz at this procedure, and a clear communicator. At the initial consult he kindly and clearly explained the process, and why is was necessary. At a later appointment he quickly completed the procedure (15 mins), under twilight sedation, with an anaesthetist. I had no swelling and minimal pain for just a few days. As a nervous dental patient I highly recommend his services.
