📌NIB Chatswood He is very kind, friendly, approachable, and passionate about his work. He helped me a lot from the beginning until I finished my root canal treatment. I am also very thankful and grateful because he tried his best to treat my infection without the help of a root canal specialist, even though he mentioned from the start that there was a possibility I might need one. He always makes sure that you are happy and satisfied after every appointment, and he constantly checks if you are okay and whether the procedure is painful or not. 10/10, I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. I visited this dental care centre for a general checkup and clean for first time today. Honestly, I couldn't be happier. Dr Soo and his assistant did a fantastic job. Dr Soo did a fantastic job with some tooth stains that my previous high-fees dentist couldn't handle. So far I have seen 5 different dentists for cleaning in the Sydney area, and Dr Soo has done the best job. Even his assistant was fantastic - first time I didn't feel like choking on my own saliva! :D Thumbs up to the receptionist ladies as well for helping me to register and book the next appointment.
I visited NIB Dental Care Centre at the Chatswood clinic for a routine general clean. The dentist was gentle and okay overall (around 6-7/10). However, the dental assistant was very disappointing. Communication was difficult, as I often could not understand what she was saying. The most shocking part was during the final step, when the assistant asked me to use my own tongue to spread the dental gel over my teeth. This felt unprofessional and unrealistic. I later found out my husband had the gel applied by the assistant during his visit, which is what I would normally expect. This inconsistency and lack of professionalism from the assistant really affected my experience. I hope the clinic improves staff training and maintains consistent standards of care.
Fantastic place to get your dental treatment done. They have friendly, attentive and efficient staff. AND above all Dr Ko is the best dentist one would be able to find in Sydney. Extremely professional and ensures that this patient goes home satisfied and pain free. Highly recommended!
