Painfully snobby, arrogant and condescending. Refused to listen, and completely disregarded my instructions on how to deal with my autistic teenager. The result is a very poor outcome. They still got their money though so I'm sure they are happy with themselves.

My son Nicholas started treatment just before Christmas last year. Dr. Rex and the team are fantastic. They are so friendly and professional that Nicholas felt immediately comfortable and relaxed. I have never seen Nicholas so engaged with looking after his teeth as he is moving to the next Invisalign aligners every week. The movement of the teeth seems to happen in such a gentle way that he is hardly ever uncomfortable and diligently wears the aligners all the time. I can only highly recommend Dr Rex and her team.
We could not be more thrilled with the result of two years' treatment for our teenage son, who now has a dazzling set of choppers! The transformation has been extraordinary, his teeth are perfect now. Importantly, all staff we encountered over the treatment time delivered exactly the right balance between kindness and professionalism.
