I’ve had two smile restorations with veneers, and the results are fantastic. He’s fixed my chronic grinding and clenching, and his patience, even when I’m not the easiest patient or don’t always follow his instructions, is incredible! Ellie was highly professional, she took the time to explain every step of the process which made sure I felt completely informed and at ease throughout my appointment. Ellie was genuinely attentive to my concerns as well as educating me on my oral hygiene but she also took the time to go over my history and made sure she understood my needs as a patient. She even walked me out to reception to ensure a follow up appointment was booked, leaving me with a smile. I left feeling well cared for and confident in the treatment I received. Dr Copp has created such a well oiled machine with flawless attention to detail, I couldn’t recommend him and his team at The Paddington Dental Surgery enough!!
