We've already been on the braces journey with 1st child and now onto the 2nd. Every staff member is absolutely lovely. So friendly and helpful. The appointments are easy to make, they run to schedule, the place is always immaculate. We'd never go anywhere else. We recommend you to all our friends. Thanks Team. X
Place is so clean and amazing… David and the the team very genuine and thorough… absolutely recommend… 10/10
Things did not go well for me here and information was conflicting. It certainly doesn't help that throughout the treatment process, the patient sees a different orthodontic assistant each time, so answers to questions I had varied. Then there was David..... A very costly lesson learned on my part. I was incredibly grateful that I had kept every single invisaligner, and so began the process of reversing. If you are considering orthodontic treatment, then consider the following: 1. Do I want to be treated by the same orthodontist each time? 2. Will I be given a 'written' treatment plan with clear instructions on how the goal of successful treatment will be achieved 'prior' to starting treatment. 3. Is the treatment plan and final goal agreed upon by both the orthodontist AND the patient? (patient will be wearing the final smile (literally), not the orthodontist). 4. Costs are clearly provided upfront and terms clearly explained. Beware of fine print with online documents. 5. Will the orthodontist achieve the goal of completing treatment within the designated time frame they give you or will you be charged additional fees if treatment goes beyond the said time frame? 6. Does the orthodontist throw 'carrots' at their patients? For example, "I will send you the password to access your treatment file if you agree to move on to the next stage of treatment?" 7. Will payment be complete before treatment ends or will a final instalment be paid at the end of treatment when both parties are satisfied the treatment and final result has gone according to plan? Please make your decisions carefully. 26/08/24 Yes, it's an absolute shame that an orthodontist who did a phenomenal job on their patient well over 20 years ago now, made the "unorthodox" decision to wind down in preparation for their retirement... Exhausting, did you say? Indeed, for you and me, both!
Horrible experience. I received braces here and then had a permanent retainer that was meant to last a life time. I told the dentist that it was causing me pain and becoming loose. I paid for an appointment and requested to see David, when I arrived they made me see Amy. She told me it was fine and I needed to go get a clean. Months later my permanent retainer fell out. My concerns and request were ignored and I am expected to pay for damage due to their negligence. My younger sister was going to get her braces here. After my experience we will be looking for somewhere else.
Many thanks to David and your wonderful team for your help with my child's teeth. Your care and attention to her concerns left both of us feeling comfortable from start to finish. The end result is fantastic. No double we'll be back with child number 2 in a few years time! Thanks again.
