First time at Bupa Dental. I had a cleaning and a full assessment of all my teeth. Dr George Mangoulias was very kind, professional, and explained everything clearly. His assistant was also great. My teeth feel super clean. Magnificent experience!

I visited the clinic and chose the dentist Brian Gnesin, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He is not only extremely professional and experienced, but also very meticulous in his work. Unlike my previous visits at the same clinic, he took his time, ensuring that every step was done carefully and thoroughly. He listens, explains everything clearly, and truly makes you feel comfortable. It’s rare to find a dentist who combines such expertise with genuine care and attention to detail. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a thoughtful, skilled, and professional dentist. 😊

I have been searching for years for a great dentist & I am so glad we found Dr Natalia Riquelme. She was not only thorough, but also very gentle & caring with my 2 young children. I would highly recommend this practice. The reception team is also just as friendly & caring.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. I came in for an emergency appointment because one of my crowns had started moving and another had developed a hole. I was already stressed and a bit in pain, expecting at the very least some level of care, explanation, or basic empathy. Instead, the entire experience felt rushed, cold, and completely unprofessional. Dr. Michael Berger clearly hadn’t even read the form I filled out beforehand. There was no attempt to understand my situation, he immediately pushed for an X-ray without explaining why. After the X-ray, he didn’t walk me through what he saw, didn’t explain the condition of my teeth, and didn’t outline any treatment options. Instead, the conversation quickly shifted to money. Before I even understood what was going on with my teeth, I was being told about costs and lack of coverage. In an emergency situation, that should not be the first priority , patient care and communication should be. Then, without properly explaining what he was about to do, he started trying to pull off my already loose crown. I had to ask myself whether it would be painful because he didn’t bother to explain anything. When I naturally tensed up (because, obviously, someone is pulling at your tooth without warning), he responded with, “Are you going to jump like that?” which felt dismissive and frankly rude. At that point, I had to tell him to stop and not touch my mouth again. I was left confused, frustrated, and honestly a bit shocked at how poorly everything was handled. To make things worse, I was charged $200 for what was essentially 5 minutes of rushed, unclear, and uncomfortable treatment. When you come in for a dental emergency, you expect at least a minimum level of compassion, communication, and professionalism. Unfortunately, none of that was present here. I would not recommend this Docteur to anyone, especially if you’re in a vulnerable situation and need clear guidance and care.

I highly recommend Bupa Dental Bondi Junction. Thank you to the welcoming team and nurse, and especially to George, who was so comforting with his wonderful sense of humour that immediately put me at ease. Years ago, I had a car accident that left scarring around my lips and damage to the nerves in my gums, which makes me highly sensitive and anxious about dental visits. George and his assistant were incredibly thorough, precise, and efficient, while being mindful of my anxiety. His calm and reassuring approach made all the difference. The appointment was the perfect length—just enough for George to do an outstanding job without overwhelming me. I truly appreciate the care I received and will definitely be back in six months for a check-up. Thank you, George and team—highly recommended!
