We had a bit of a dental emergency with my 6-year-old daughter late at night when part of her expander fell off on 15th October. After a visit to the hospital, we were told to contact Perfection Dental since they offer after-hours care. I called around 9pm and the receptionist was super helpful and reassuring over the phone. We got an appointment quickly and arrived at 10pm. My daughter was seen almost straight away. Dr Charbel El Azzi was amazing, he spent nearly half an hour fixing the expander and was so gentle and kind. The nurse was also lovely and made my daughter feel comfortable. She left happy, and the cost was very reasonable. Dr Charbel was also really understanding about our financial situation, which meant a lot. A few days later, her orthodontist said the repair was done perfectly during her regular check up. Highly recommend Perfection Dental for anyone needing emergency dental care or just a great dentist in general!
I’ve been here three times and I’m officially a loyal customer. The clinic is clean, the staff are really friendly and the whole vibe is just comfortable. I walk out every time feeling looked after and happy with the results! My last visit I came in for an in chair teeth whitening, staff checked in with me throughout the treatment to see how I was going and adjusted the treatment based on my wants. Totally awesome. If you need a dental team who’s gentle, friendly and cares, go here. 10/10 recommend.
I visited this dental practice today with my 5-year-old, and the whole experience was simply great. The team was warm, helpful, and genuinely pleasant from the moment we arrived. The registration process was quick, and we were seen straight away, which made everything so much easier. Everyone was gentle, reassuring, and professional, and the appointment was handled with great care. I also appreciate that they’re open late as it made the visit so convenient. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful visit for my daughter feel smooth and positive. Highly recommend this practice!
Lifesaver! Called this placed (found it on google) and Fay (receptionist) booked me in for that same day afternoon as I told her my husband was in pain. I have never been to this place before, they made us feel very welcomed and Dr Charbel done the job and amazing outcome. ! There is no better dentist than Dr Charbel! I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 10 years and was extremely nervous, but Dr Charbel made the entire experience wonderful and stress free. I came in with extensive damage from grinding, which left my teeth severely chipped and extremely sensitive. Dr Charbel took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, while Faye was incredibly kind and reassuring. The results are absolutely AMAZING, my teeth look and feel better than I ever imagined. My husband also needed extensive dental work, which the team handled with the same care and professionalism. I highly recommend Dr Charbel and his team to anyone, we are so grateful.
