A tooth mill for regular care... Very disappointed I thought my daughter would be getting proper treatment but unfortunately has not had adequate standard of care. There has been a severe lack of consideration and treatment of her orthodontic needs which take her v2 vascular malformation into account. Every single time we have been there the staff have failed to give me adequate time to ask questions and have treated her like every other patient when she has had higher needs. 1 minute rushed 'consults' are not good enough. It has felt like a tooth mill rather than a patient centric practice and I am thoroughly disappointed. The practice is not interested and/ or not experienced to cater for specialized orthodontic needs and conditions. I strongly suggest you refer kids who have vascular malformation orthodontic needs to a real expert in this area. Dr Chris Wholey at Profile Orthodontists is experienced in this matter. I feel we have lost a valuable treatment window as well as potentially gone backwards. They should not take cases they are not equipped for. Eitherway go elsewhere would be my greatest suggestion.

His team are professional and thorough and six years later the aftercare they provide continues to be of the highest standard. Highly recommend!!

The results have been amazing, my teeth are straight and align between the top and bottom perfectly. I had my orthodontics done by Dr Roy Goonewardene - The outcome is better than I could have ever expected! Super friendly, very knowledgeable and in my bias opinion THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS! I would highly recommend him for any of your treatment, I was more than comfortable and felt very confident under his care and he is very good at what he does! He is so friendly and down to earth, and very understanding of my needs throughout my experience, he and his team are all very lovely, GENTLE and kind people! As someone who works in the dental field I was referred to him, and from day one he made my orthodontic experience a very enjoyable one! - As happy as I am with my outcome, I’m sad that I won’t be going back to the clinic to see them regularly but I have nothing but high recommendations for friends and family and patients to go to him!
