Honestly the best experience ever and I would 110% recommend the Elite Perio Implant and Periodontal Centre to anyone and everyone I know. From the front desk - Debbie was always quick to get back to any questions I had via email or phone, and even on the day when I got a little bit lost trying to find the office, was willing to come out and find me. Debbie provided me with a upfront quote so I knew what I would be paying on the day, and I was charged exactly that. Marketa - Dental Nurse/Assistant. So very warm and welcoming from the very start and right through out my appointment. Advising what was going to happen and when. Such a beautiful person inside and out and such a pleasure to have come into contact with on my dental appointment. Made my day such a good experience. Dr Mahnez Syed - Dentist. Honestly Dr Syed is worth her weight in gold. Her years of experience shine through and I could not have been in better hands. Her introduction to me, explaining what was going to happen, before, during and after, every single step. Reassuring me throughout the appointment. And even advising if I had any questions or needed assistance after my dental appointment to contact her office straight away, and she would assist. In general, what an amazing dentist. She obviously has great passion in her work, and her expertise knows no bounds. Her patients are her very first priority. My expectations were very much exceeded on the day and she was super professional. I have never been happier after a dental visit. In general what a fantastic team of professionals, from reception, to assistant to dentist. Honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else! Most caring service with a smile. Excellent practice, state of the art premises with the latest high tech equipment and facilities. Great Staff, friendly and professional. The best dental clinic I have ever attended. Nice to know that there is a place in Perth with such high standards of professionalism and patient care.
