Absolutely exceptional care, every single visit! I have been seeing Doctor Patel for years and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. He has the softest hand, is incredibly calm and caring, and I have never felt a moment of pain during any procedure. I’m always so relaxed in the chair that I’m close to falling asleep while he’s fixing my teeth. That’s how gentle and reassuring he is. Truly a rare find. A special mention to Sarah at reception, who is always professional, polite, and wonderfully efficient. She greets you with such kindness and warmth that you instantly feel welcome the moment you walk in. Her smile sets the tone for the whole visit. You kind of want to stay there and become her friend😊 Overall, every appointment is a perfect experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this dental practice, they genuinely care, and it shows.
DO NOT GO HERE. NO FORM OF SEDATION OFFERED. Awful customer service experience. Lady at the desk needs some real reflection on how to provide friendly service. Simply called to compare an itemised quote that I received from another dentist. They refused to give me a quote, and would only tell me the price verbally over the phone. Not sure how an itemised quote can be given over the phone but not as an email. I was also told the dental practice offers NO SEDATION options (not even nitrous oxide), which makes it hard to believe they offer wisdom teeth extractions. If you are someone who is anxious about dental work (especially major dental)
