I’ve been attending this clinic with my children for several years now and the staff are always super helpful, on time and overall it’s always a pleasant experience. My children have had several issues rectified and they have worked with us with all our concerns on the way and putting our mind at ease. Ladies at the front desk are consistently friendly and accomodating and always make you feel seen and welcomed. Dr Naoum always checks in although he is busy. He may not carry out the work that needs to be done on the day but he always explains what’s happening and the next steps and keeps us informed

I am very happy with the treatment plan and professionalism of Dr Daniels and his friendly staff during my son's stint with him. His practice is busy, which is a testament to the high demand for his services. We could not be happier with the overall result of my son's treatment, which was indeed a tricky case to begin with. Dr Daniels is a true master at his profession, and his friendly demeanour made the whole process so much easier. We have recommended him far and wide to friends and family, many of whom have also sought his services with great results.

They take the time to discuss everything, every step of the way, with parents and kids and check in to make sure you are well looked after. We do not recommend this orthodontic centre under any circumstances. After over three years as patients, our experience has been overwhelmingly negative and frustrating. First and foremost, appointments are consistently scheduled during school hours, with no consideration for working parents or school-aged children. Flexibility is nonexistent. Despite repeated requests, nothing changes — clear evidence of a lack of concern for patient needs. Dr. Naiom is rarely available, not because of overwhelming demand, but because he only works three days a week while juggling other roles like lecturing. Patient care is clearly not a priority here. The clinic seems more focused on maximizing profit than providing responsible and ethical care. Appointments last barely 10 to 15 minutes — rushed, superficial, and entirely inadequate — yet you wait months for each one. It's a disgrace. They also routinely recommend treatments that feel unnecessary, raising serious doubts about their integrity and clinical judgment. The front desk staff are shockingly unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. Their behavior is inappropriate and contributes to a toxic, unwelcoming environment. Instead of being treated with respect, we were made to feel like a nuisance — despite paying thousands of dollars for care. This clinic operates more like a business machine than a healthcare provider. They lack empathy, communication, professionalism, and basic courtesy. Avoid this place at all costs. Save your money, your time, and your peace of mind. There are far better providers out there who treat patients with the care, respect, and attention they deserve.
