I had such a wonderful experience with Natalia Jankovic during my recent dental visit. She is not only an excellent hygienist but also incredibly kind and attentive. She noticed that I was struggling with the cleaning machine and kindly chose to do my cleaning manually to make me more comfortable. That level of care meant so much to me. It was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist clinic. Natalia’s patience, empathy, and professionalism truly stood out. I only wish I could book with her again for my future visits, but unfortunately the clinic said she was not available :( She made such a difference to my experience, and I would love for her to be the hygienist for my future appointments and for my family as well :) highly recommend Natalia ❤️

This was my first visit to Harmony Dental, and overall it was a positive and reassuring experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the environment. The building, reception area, and treatment rooms are modern, calm, and very well presented. The reception team was efficient and welcoming, and I would particularly like to mention Caroline, who was professional, attentive, and made the administrative side of the visit smooth and pleasant. The overall atmosphere within the clinic felt genuinely positive. There was a lot of laughter and friendly interaction among the staff, which clearly reflects a harmonious and happy working environment. That kind of culture is reassuring as a patient and often translates into better teamwork and care. The consultation itself was clear, respectful, and well explained. Scans were recommended, which I fully understand and found logical, having a proper clinical overview is essential before planning any future dental work. We discussed upcoming treatments such as fillings and the possibility of more involved procedures in the future (for example crowns or implants if ever needed), and I appreciated the transparency and willingness to provide a clear treatment plan and quotes so I can manage this sensibly over time. The only area where my expectations were not fully met was the cleaning itself. I have been very consistent with six-monthly cleans for many years, and this one felt quite quick and not as thorough as I am used to. There was no interdental flossing, and overall it felt a little rushed. The dentist initially began the clean without the assistant present, which may have contributed to this. I mention this purely as constructive feedback, as attention to detail at this stage sets the standard for all future care. When dental treatment involves ongoing maintenance and potentially significant procedures down the track, patients naturally expect thoroughness, careful planning, and value for money, particularly when there is still an out-of-pocket cost even with private health insurance. The dentist I saw was relatively young, which is not a criticism in itself. As with any profession, experience and clinical confidence develop over time. With continued practice, attention to detail, and patient feedback, this is something that naturally improves. Given the strong environment, communication, and customer service already in place at Harmony Dental, there is clear potential for long-term excellence. That said, the communication and overall service were very good. I’ve booked my next six-monthly appointment and am awaiting a call to schedule further treatment depending on the dentist’s availability, which I understand. I’m happy to continue with Harmony Dental and look forward to building a long-term relationship. With a slightly more detailed and thorough approach to cleaning, this clinic has the potential to be excellent.

This dentist knowingly performed a filling on me with no pain relief. Anaesthetic makes me numb but does not block pain, which they are well aware of. My previous dentist here (who was amazing but has sadly left) tried so many ways to help me but was unable to work out why the anaesthetic doesn't work. She ended up referring me to a different clinic to do fillings under a general anaesthetic, but I stayed with Harmony for my general dental needs. When I needed another filling, my new dentist talked me in to letting her 'give it a go' even after I explained my condition and my concerns it would happen again. On the day, I asked what her plan was if we started drilling and I could feel pain. She brushed me off and assured me I wouldn't feel anything. She did no tests to confirm if my pain had been blocked and instead started drilling as soon as my skin was numb. Once she hit the nerve I immediately felt pain. At this point there was an open hole in my tooth so I had no option but to push through until it was over. I nearly had a panic attack twice, nearly vomited once, and ended up disassociating for the entire second half of the procedure. I was able to feel nerve pain in the tooth from the drilling and cleaning, sharp pain in my gum when she slipped with a pick tool and stabbed me multiple times, and burning pain during the filling curing process. Before coming to this clinic I had severe dental trauma that my past dentist did an amazing job at helping me overcome; my new dentist undid all this work in one session and has left me more traumatized than ever. I submitted feedback but have not had any response from the clinic other than a phone call to confirm I wish to cancel my upcoming appointments. They called me by the wrong name in the appointment and have stopped using the correct pronouns for me, despite having no issues with it when I was with my previous dentist here. They also talked me into letting them sign me up for a new insurance quote - do not do this. I was under the impression I would be getting an emailed quote, instead the insurance company have been cold calling and emailing daily (again using the wrong name), and I have been signed up to promotional email spam.

I went to Hormony Dental today for a general clean and had a wonderful experience. Dr. Natalie was very nice, gentle, and friendly. She did a thorough job cleaning my teeth and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I’m really happy with the service and would highly recommend Hormony Dental.!

The long-overdue online booking system is awful. When you finally get through you have no option to even book a standard check-up or clean. It should be made clear that the online booking system is only for clients who need mouthguards or require an ‘emergency’ consultation in a week’s time. Other dental clinics allow you to select your regular dentist before choosing appointment date. Although the dental care is first rate at this clinic, it is let down by poor administration.
