I need to start by saying I don't like going to the dentist. I haven't since I was young due to some really bad experiences with the dental therapy centre at my primary school. That said, Ray and the team make it better. Their calm and friendly approach to dental care makes it eadier for me. Also they use up to date dental technology and tools to maximise patient comfort. They are also highly communicative about what they are going to be doing and always ask for consent. Highly recommended despite my ingrained aversion.
If I could give Dianella Family Dental 10 stars, I absolutely would! Dr Lam and his team are truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr Lam listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything in a way I could easily understand, and created a treatment plan for my teeth that I’m genuinely excited about. Kate at the front desk is soooooooo lovely, she is so friendly and always checking in after every appointment to make sure everything is going well. I wholeheartedly recommend Dianella Family Dental to anyone looking for a dental practice where you actually feel valued and cared for. Thank you :)
I had a cleaning after some time and the experience with Dr. Ray was great. He was very thorough and explained things and gave a good background of process. Then he priorities the essentials and provides options to engage what suits me for next appointment. The service was a great experience even for a peron like me not visiting dentist so often. Also this is a place seems to be a small dental practice but was well equipped and clean. There are rare parking available and it is limited. Bookings can be online or over the phone. Overall it was great and it will be our family dental service for future.
Our whole family has had such a great experience at this clinic. The team is always kind gentle and very professional and they make everyone feel comfortable especially the kids. Would highly recommend especially if your kids are a little bit nervous about dentist. And even adults like me who are scared of the dentist had a wonderful experience. Everything is explained clearly and we always feel well looked after highly recommend anyone looking for a tearing and trustworthy dental clinic.

From the very beginning even before setting foot into the building, Alex and Kate were so helpful and friendly over the phone; answering all of my questions (I had a few) so kindly and calmly. Dr. Ray and his team were wonderful and it was clear that my teeth were in the safest of hands. During my appointment I had everything explained to me so professionally and respectfully, it all went very smoothly. I feel really lucky to have found such a great dentist!
