I had a great experience at HBF Dental Midland. Dr Zunaira was incredibly professional, gentle, and made me feel at ease throughout the appointment. She explained everything clearly and took the time to answer my questions. The clinic was clean and modern, and the staff were welcoming and efficient. Highly recommend!
Went here earlier this year for the gap free check up and clean. Clean was fine, but I was told I needed 5 fillings, which I thought was odd considering I’ve only ever had 2 in my entire lifetime. Got a second opinion and was told I didn’t need any fillings. If a suggested intervention doesn’t sound right, highly recommend getting a 2nd opinion - seems like they try to make up for their gap free services.
My son had a tooth injury and saw Dr. Madhura, the dentist examined and explained the issues. She had a straightforward approach and invested time in explaining what was happening, I fully understood without feeling overwhelmed. Did not push/upsell any unnecessary treatment. Additionally, she knows how to interact with children and made him feel comfortable during the treatment.
Can’t recommend this centre enough, especially Dr Jazeera! I let the team know I have severe anxiety around attending the dentist, so I often avoid going. I was recommended Dr J & her assistant for their gentle approach. They were very calming and reassuring, they took their time to explain everything (every sound) & not once got annoyed with me for needing to stop for a breather. Most dentists rush in, do the job and get out, all while telling me “you’re fine, it’s fine”. She was amazing and fixed every little thing (I had composite bonding put on my teeth & a deep clean), not hurting me once! I have never had such a gentle dentist before. Will be using Dr Jazeera from now on! Go to this practice… you won’t be disappointed!
