Had my usual six month scale & clean today at Gigi Dental, I have been coming here for a few years now and I love this place. Everyone here is so friendly and the Service they provide is first class. I have never experienced any pain or discomfort while being treated, Dr Chin does a fabulous job and is such a pleasant person. From the receptionist Michelle , to the ease of parking your car right out side the building. I highly recommend this Dental surgery to anyone looking for a dentist in the Vic Park area.
Dr. Chin was absolutely amazing, super nice, easy to talk to, and explained everything so clearly. She made me feel comfortable the whole time (which is not easy when someone is working inside your mouth 😂). And here’s the funny part. she helped remove what I can only describe as my years of “saved” yellowish back teeth collection 😭😂 I didn’t even realise how much buildup was there until it was gone. My teeth feel so clean now that I actually feel a little… naked without it 🤣 But in the best way possible! Huge shoutout to her assistant as well. never missing a beat, always ready to help, and making everything run smoothly like a perfect team. And the receptionist? So polite and kind from the moment I walked in. Such a warm and welcoming vibe from start to finish. Overall, 10/10 experience. Dr. Chin is truly the best. If you’re nervous about dental visits, this is where you need to go! 👏
Incredible experience today at Dental Gigi. Dr Chin and Annie were amazing, knowledgeable and they put you at ease immediately. Meghna at reception was also very helpful with all my needs and really professional. You can’t go wrong with this team!
Have always been treated really well here. Recently had a great experience with Dr Arvin who treated two fillings and provided a quote for my next visit. A bit pricey but I don’t have private health and I think that is just the going rate. Thank you!
