Absolutely terrible experience. Went in to get an ear check at the GP, came out unable to hear due to ear still being blocked and full of water. No assistance in fixing the issue they amplified, no helping find a further assistance on the matter. Better service at a butcher imo
Worst dentist experience I've ever had. Would not recommend. Needed 4 anaesthetic shots because she kept drilling into nerves. Used too much water so I started choking. Stabbed & pinched my lips. Was told at previous appointment that I could pay in instalments -- wasn't told that I had to pre-register for the service.
Everything went super smoothly from start to finish! I am terrified of going to the dentist but every part of the experience put me at ease. My appointment started out with the delightfully friendly and helpful Francesca, who was an absolute delight and very knowledgeable. Then my dental nurse (who's name I've forgotten sorry!!) who welcomed me with such kindness and immediately calmed my nerves. Vivienne my dentist was ready and waiting for me and her bright and happy presence really calmed me down! She was was very thorough with her examination, taking the time to go over my teeth properly and really clear all of the plaque. Her advice was super helpful, and she highlighted the parts of my teeth that I missed with my brushing. She did this all with a smile and warmth that was contagious! Both Vivienne and the nurse took the time to ask if I was doing okay, and were super reassuring and communicative about the whole thing! I'm so grateful that Vivienne and the nurse took the time to really look after my teeth, which made all the difference! My smile has never looked better!!! Thank you all, and I'll be back in 6 months as recommended for my checkup!!!
My general check-up experience was great. The clinicians and reception team are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. My wait time was short. There was no pressure to get unnecessary treatments or examinations (I look after my teeth and don't usually need much done!). Overall, a great dental service team!
My wife went in for a clean and filling. Come home with a loose tooth. Was not loose before. Maybe overzealous with cleaning tools.
