Best dentist experience i have ever had. Dr Gabe and all his staff were very friendly and gave great service. 2 fillings done in 1 visit without trying to push me into more visits. Honest and fair price for my procedure as I have no insurance. Highly recommend this dentist. Thank you do much Dr Gabe and staff.

I honestly can’t believe how good my experience was — turns out the dentist doesn’t have to be scary at all, you just have to find the right one! I first came to this clinic last week for a clean and check-up with Dr Alefia, who was absolutely amazing. I then returned today for fillings with Dr Simrat, who was just as incredible and so efficient. Both dentists took the time to really listen to my questions and concerns and explained everything thoroughly. I have never had such kind, caring dentists who constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. The whole experience was completely painless — I’ve never had fillings like it. Normally I’m numb for hours afterward, but at Prospect Road Dental I barely felt a thing, had minimal numbing, and most of my feeling was back by the time I walked out to pay. The receptionist was also so lovely and welcoming, and even helped me book my fillings strategically around my health insurance premiums resetting in a week. The out-of-pocket gap was much less than my previous dentist, who I’d been seeing my whole life. The entire team is so much more caring, understanding, and accommodating. I rushed straight home to tell my husband how great it was and got him booked in for the new year. I genuinely couldn’t recommend this clinic more!

Today, I had two small fillings, I was very dubious about not having a pain killing injection. As promised, it didn’t hurt a bit. And I am old school with horror stories in the past. Now I am grateful to Dr Gab that I back to a six monthly check up. I felt very comfortable and heard unlike any other dentist I’ve seen before. Dr Gabe is so informative and Dennis his assistant was so efficient. From the moment I walked in the receptionist was warm and welcoming.

I have been going to this dental surgery for at least 5 years now, mostly seeing Dr Akshay. Usually for routine scale and cleans, but I have also had a few fillings done and more recently, my first root canal. The team are friendly and although I'm not there all that often, the receptionist and the dentist know me by name, I don't feel like just a number. Dr Akshay does a great job and his work lasts, I always feel confident in his work. More recently I saw Dr Sneha, she was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Being a medibank provider, my gap payments are always minimal and very affordable. Highly recommend this practice.

My experience at Prospect Road Dental Surgery was exceptional. We were immediately greeted warmly upon entering, with the people at the front desk being very welcoming. Dr. Gabe did an amazing job during my check up and cleaning. He explained everything very clearly and was very knowledgeable at what he did, being very gentle during the whole process. He was also really kind and had a great personality. The DAs, Denis and Maria, also did a great job and were really welcoming. I highly recommend them when booking your appointments at the clinic!
