Dr Mo is the only dentist I trust anywhere. He has been calm and patient with me and made sure I feel comfortable every step of the way with my dental care since I started seeing him. I’ve also seen him at his clinic in Banksia Grove and had outstanding care there as well. I got a call the day after my most recent procedure just to check in and reiterate when my next appoints are but with genuine care about my well being after a very anxious visit the day before. Kelmscott dental gets 5/5 stars from me and Dr Mo gets 10/10!
⭐️⭐️⭐️Perth DentalImplant Centre⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment we met Dr. David Norcross & his Team were so welcoming , we knew we were in the best hands. Absolutely amazing—his expertise and compassion shine through in everything he does. A huge thank you also goes to the incredible nursing team: Jess and Gusti, you were so supportive and kind throughout the entire journey. Courtney, you’re a star—thank you for patiently answering all our questions and guiding us through the treatment and bookings with such care. My wife was nervous and insecure about her teeth, but after watching Dr. Davids video on All-on-4 dental implants, we felt reassured and confident. From our very first consultation, she was made to feel comfortable, and within a week we had a clear dental plan. Every appointment was meticulously scheduled, and we looked forward to each one as a step closer to the big day. And then it happened—the transformation. My wife walked out with a radiant smile, emotional and overjoyed. She’s a new person, smiling with confidence, and it fills me with happiness to see her so proud of her new look. The results are absolutely stunning. To the entire team at Perth Dental Implant Centre thank you for your care, your professionalism, and your genuine kindness. You made every step of this journey feel safe and special. It’s clear how much you care for your patients, and we are forever grateful. Seeing my wife smile again with confidence is priceless.
I saw Amy for my dental clean today. Amy provided a very thorough clean. Excellent service. Teeth are sparkling! I am very pleased with the result. Thanks Amy, see you in six months...Colin
Dr. Carly and Nadia were both so comforting, professional and skilful in their care during my dental appointment. They took time to ensure I was satisfied and comfortable throughout the appointment, going beyond the usual standard of dental care. As a new patient, I am happy to return for all my dental needs ! Highly recommended these two
*IF YOU ARE A STUDENT THINK BEFORE STEPPING IN HERE.* I honestly thought about leaving this alone and not saying anything. It has been a while, and I was ready to be the bigger person and move on. But recently I have had many students come up to me asking about this dental clinic just for a basic checkup. Because of that, I feel it is necessary to share my experience. This was on Friday, November 14, 2025. I came in around 2:30 pm for what was supposed to be a regular checkup and clean. The clinic closes early on Fridays, around 4 pm. During the appointment, the hygienist suggested 3 to 4 X-rays. When the dentist came in, he then suggested a full panoramic X-ray. There was visible confusion on the hygienist’s face as well, almost as if she was unsure why so many X-rays were suddenly necessary for someone who came in for a routine checkup and had no major issues. In total, I ended up getting about 5 to 6 X-rays, which significantly increased the cost for what should have been a simple visit. Because so much time was spent on the X-rays, there was not enough time left to properly complete the cleaning. I was told it was only half done and that I might need to come back. It felt rushed and unprofessional. As soon as it hit closing time, everyone just left the building. Even the admin staff seemed in a hurry and did not bother to check how the appointment went. To make matters worse, I was in the process of setting up my Bupa account, so there were issues with the payment on the day. I had to return a week later just to settle a $500 bill for what was essentially a half completed checkup and clean. I also had to arrange a call with the clinic manager the following Monday to seek some resolution, and separately contact Bupa to sort everything out. Being a student is already financially stressful. Paying $500 for a routine appointment that was not even completed properly is not a small matter. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise students and anyone looking for a straightforward checkup to think carefully before choosing this clinic. If you are a student or on a tight budget, I strongly suggest asking for a full cost breakdown upfront and considering your options before booking here.
