Earlier this year I required a small filling for a chip from a healthy wisdom tooth. I was inappropriately advised to have it removed. Which was totally unnecessary. Resulting in distess, trauma, pain, expense and now requiring a general anaesthetic for oral surgery to remove the roots of the tooth. This was extremely willfully negligent, arrogant & abusive. With a total lack of communication and respect. Having expectations to receive appropriate and proper treatment from a professional was not unreasonable. However, this wasn't applicable to their culture of dental practice. Not to mention the over servicing previously of the crown made in the computer which fell off, without damage and which I took with me for my consult. To which the matter was dismissed without discussion and told I had to pay for another crown.
My 15 year old daughter had an accident which broke her tooth in half . My daughter is needle phobic and Cindy the dentist took the time to reassure her. Daughter ended up having a needle 3 times that morning. Cindy fixed her tooth, still keeping up with the existing appointments she had. Thank you Cindy and Acorn dental for seeing her at such short notice.
I have had a lot of dental work lately which has been carried out by Vanessa. Vanessa is a perfectionist in her work (something you want in a dentist). She takes time to explain things step by step and listens to what you have to say, her cheerful manner is always present at every appointment which puts any anxieties to rest. I'm extremely happy with the work l've had done and happy with the service. A big thank you from me!
Great place, incredibly friendly staff and very good dentists as well. Parking is very easy to get, and access is no problem. They’re busy but not overly so; if you get the chance to book Dr. Casper Leow or Natalie Leow you definitely should - they are by far the best dentists I have visited!
Checked on the phone 3 times that with my health fund I would not be out of pocket and when I finished they charged me $89. All I got was sorry dont know who gave you that information
