I just had a big filling and it was very successful. Dr. Daniel explained everything that was going to happen and it took less time than I thought. And it was painless, which was amazing. It’s always very pleasant coming to the dentist because Dr. Daniel makes you feel like everything‘s under control and that he’s always looking out for your best interests. And might I say the dental nurse Maria made the whole experience very comfortable. Well done, guys.

Great first visit for my checkup and cleaning. Jaqueline (dentist), Tena, and Hadia were very friendly, professional, and informative. I also received $50 off through a referral from my son, which was a nice bonus. The clinic was clean and welcoming, and I’ve already booked my next checkup in 6 months to keep my teeth healthy. The dental hygienist was so lovely and assistant was very nice. She took me through the x-ray process and explained my teeth situation. She did an amazing job cleaning my teeth within 40 mins and always checked in every 10 mins for my comfort level. Great experience I recommend to anyone looking for top teeth care.

Her calm, caring presence instantly put me at ease and turned what could have been a nerve-wracking appointment into a surprisingly relaxing one. Oral hygienist Sid was just as outstanding. Sid was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, while still being so gentle and considerate throughout the entire clean. Every step was explained clearly, which made me feel confident and well cared for, and the level of detail and precision was truly impressive. It was obvious that Sid takes real pride in his work and genuinely cares about patients’ oral health, not just getting through the appointment. The entire experience felt personalised rather than rushed. Both Hadia and Sid checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable, answered questions with patience and clarity, and created such a positive, friendly atmosphere. My teeth have never felt so clean, smooth, and fresh, and I walked out feeling confident, refreshed, and genuinely happy with the care I received. This appointment completely exceeded my expectations and has honestly changed how I feel about dental visits. The professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail shown by Hadia and Sid made all the difference. An American visiting Australia who is anxious about visiting dentists, I had an amazing experience at Dental One Richmond! Dr. Sai and his assistants were friendly, professional and kind. Dr. Sai explained everything he was doing during the procedure, and made sure I was doing okay throughout. Pricing was reasonable as well. I highly recommend Dental One and their services!
