I've never had to wait long for my appointment to commence and the staff are all friendly and enjoy having a short conversation. Any dental issues are explained in a caring manner. The reception and dental suites are all very clean and tidy. All in all a visit to the Frankston surgery is welcoming and caring.
I've been for my consultation with Dr Brian, he's very nice as are the staff. I felt everything was explained well including the cost for procedures. I wasn't really nervous as they're very patient and understanding. It's also a benefit for me that they are open Saturdays.
Dr Brian is the best dentist I've ever seen. At the fist appoitment I see him, beacause of my pain very bad, I had bad attitude. But He has always been nice to me and provided the fastest treatment. High recomment.

Fantastic experience dentist was calm and patient stopped as soon as a hand was raised allowing child to feel safe and in control dentist and assistant were both friendly and talked through all that was happening and what they were doing. Very positive experience for a child with asd and adhd thank you highly recommended 😀
