I attended this dental clinic a month ago to get dentures, having previously had multiple teeth pulled over the years, I have to say this clinic was the worst experience I've ever had at a dentist, the dental assistant was lovely and took my medical background, the dentist then entered, did not review the details taken by the assistant and for some reason lead with a lecture on perseverance and how dentures are going to cause lot of discomfort and overall seemed to be trying to talk me out of getting them, this was bizarre in itself but I listened and agreed it wasn't a problem I want to go ahead given I had no chewing teeth left, the dentist then started to make a plaster mold of my teeth, he was extremely rough especially when doing the bottom mold, pushing on my jaw very excessively to the point it hurt, following the the plaster setting he then proceeded to tell me he wouldn't be able to make ones for the left only the right side as there was apparently no space stating my teeth were touching my gums, I asked him if he could show me where that was as I couldn't feel that myself, then when showing the spot in the mirror they infact weren't touching my gums there was around 5mm space and he tried to then argue they are and then physically kept trying to push my jaw up to make my teeth touch my gums, practically yelling at me at the same time close your mouth, close your mouth, my mouth was closed as much as physically possible and what he was doing was hurting, once he finally let go, I tapped my teeth together to show and stated that is my mouth closed my teeth are touching I can't close it any further, he then physically tried closing it further again while seeming to get more annoyed at the fact my mouth would not close further, I think because of my over bite he couldn't see himself where the teeth were touching behind but wouldn't listen to me trying to show him where they were touching and therefore why my mouth wouldn't close further, following all of this and me feeling literally man handled he stated you clearly don't want the work I can't help you, I got up and left, admittedly as leaving said he was a jerk. However this was a blessing in disguise as where I ended up going has been amazing and I already now have a FULL SET left AND right side dentures! From a absolutely lovely dentist at Pacific smiles. The experience received at this clinic was completely unnecessary and I hope no one else ever has experience this type of treatment for from a "professional"

Absolutely abismal. My daughter recently went there for dentures. The male dentist appeared to be in a bad mood from the get go. He attempted to talk her out of dentures and questioned her ability to perservere in the procedure - questioning a person who has spent years battling chronic pain and multiple heart and rib surgeries! She put up with his attitude out of desperation, only to be told he was not able to help her. Totally unprofessional and lacking in any sort of empathy! Avoid if person-centred care is required!

One of the smaller practices in the area, Ravi really seems to care about giving his patients efficient and effective services. In my 4 years there i've always been catered for and never sent for any unnecessary tests. Really keeps an eye on things. And the staff are really nice too! Good, effective care on the peninsula

I had visited Dr Ravi Kamishetty with severe pain and swelling, the amount of attention and treatment that I received was excellent and without a doubt feeling much much and much better since i visited him. Have recommended couple of people and they too have a similar experience with this Dentist, Highly Recommend.
