Incredible first time experience at Frankston Dental Group with Dr. Purvi Shah and dental nurse. Her calmness and patience made such a difference to my experience. As someone who gets quite nervous going to the dentist, the clinic from the moment i stepped in had such a lovely vibe. The clinics receptionist (i didn’t quite catch her name) was lovely and took the time to explain and quote me for my next appt. Very grateful. Would definitely recommend.
DISGUSTING SERVICE AND ATTITUDE . I wanted to speak to owner regarding complaint about practice manager and how my 85yo mother was made to feel terrible after not being able to pay the amount in full on day(after dentist wanted to do more work on her teeth knowing mum only had $260 in her purse). Practice manager turned around and said good luck complaining about me my mother is the owner and hung up on me. Couldn't even give us a rough price with private health cover before procedure, practice manager said it's illegal to give quote with private health cover.... what a load of rubbish. Rang private health cover and they said a quote can be given before procedure done. Been going to this dentist for about 6 years. Plenty of good dentist if you look!!!
These guys are the best! Extremely thorough, professional, helpful & friendly. From the moment I spoke with the very friendly Kelly on the phone to meeting the extremely caring Kathleen & Dr Darren I was put at ease. Their attention to detail in solving my dental issue was amazing. They really did care! I can not thank them enough! Being my first time to this clinic I was so scared of what was going to occur but I was so wonderfully surprised! Frankston Dental Group are awesome. If you’re looking for a caring, professional & reasonably priced friendly dentist I highly recommended Frankston Dental Group.
