Dr. Peter Scott and Associates Specialist Orthodontists - Dentist in Frankston

I switched from this orthodontist due to the rude receptionists. These people will send you multiple yes or no appt confirmation texts leading up to your appointment but it makes no difference what you respond with as they don’t even check these appt confirmation texts. I remember for one of my appointments I responded “YES” to multiple appt confirmation texts and then arrived to my appt 15 minutes early and took a seat. Yet, after two hours of waiting, I didn’t get called to see the orthodontist. So, I went to the front reception to check what was going on and the receptionist claimed she didn’t call me to the see the orthodontist because I didn’t check in with her when I arrived in person, so my appt was not confirmed. I explained that I had already confirmed my appt via text multiple times and replied “YES” to multiple appt confirmation texts to which she yelled back at me “ that doesn’t matter! You still need to check in!” So please tell me - If you MUST check In once you arrive at the clinic In person, then why are you constantly spamming your clients with appt confirmation texts that mean nothing? Just to be a nuisance or are you trying to waste your clients time as you did mine? Disgusting and illogical service.

From the moment you walk into Dr. Scott rooms you know you are in good hands. Dr Scott gives you the time to fully explain his honest treatment plan, answers ALL questions and is amazing with the children. The dental nurses are absolutely AMAZING- they ensure the children are always comfortable, they are friendly, kind and are able to help with any crisis major or minor. There are not enough words to recommend Dr. Peter Scott and Associates Specialist Orthodontists. 10/10 for the care, treatment and end results for my 3 girls. Highly recommend

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr.Scott! My daughter had her braces done by him back in 2017, and now my son is currently completing his course as well. Throughout both of their orthodontic journeys, Dr. Scott has been incredibly patient, gentle, and professional. He always takes the time to explain each step and ensure my children feel comfortable and cared for. The results have been fantastic-Both my kids are very happy with their smiles, and as a parent, I truly appreciate the consistent care and attention Dr Scott provides. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

This was a few years ago but when I got my braces off they made my plate incorrectly and it did not fit my teeth correctly as it was forcing a gap in my lower teeth. We went to the orthodontist and got a new one made which took so long that my teeth shifted and I was unable to wear it properly without it falling out in the night.
