I entered the clinic with extreme dental anxiety and a history of significant dental trauma, feeling incredibly vulnerable and apprehensive about seeking treatment again. Elli immediately greeted me with the most beautiful calming energy. Her patience, compassion, and genuine passion for helping people made an enormous difference. She took the time to make me feel understood, safe, and supported during what was a very overwhelming experience for me. I was also fortunate to meet Dani and Ellaine, who both went above and beyond to assist me. Ellaine was especially helpful in obtaining documentation and information I had forgotten to bring, ensuring I had everything needed for my ongoing treatment and future dental work. Dr Meena Khader is an exceptional dentist. She is incredibly gentle, knowledgeable, professional, and reassuring. She takes the time to explain every procedure thoroughly, including all options, processes, and treatment plans, ensuring you feel informed and comfortable every step of the way. My situation is quite complex due to previous dental work performed elsewhere that was faulty, which left me both apprehensive that i could ever find a dentist I could trust again. Dr Khader's genuine care, expertise, and passion for helping people restore their smiles immediately stood out. Despite my severe dental anxiety, communication difficulties, and the emotional impact this journey has had on me, I felt completely safe in her hands. The professionalism of the entire clinical team is outstanding. Every member of staff combines exceptional skill with genuine warmth and kindness. The atmosphere feels less like a clinic and more like being surrounded by people who truly care about your wellbeing. For over a year, I struggled to find the help I needed. This team not only provided solutions but helped rebuild my confidence and faith in dental care. They listened without judgment, supported me through major anxiety, and created a treatment plan that has given me hope and excitement for the future. I will start with the positive, the staff at the reception were very nice and the nurse assisting whilst I had the procedure was very kind and made me feel not so scared. The negative I had to fill in a medical form because I was a new patient, on there I had mentioned that I was taking blood thinners. I had the procedure and it was very quick and was not in any pain It was the after care that was not very good. I had a lot of bleeding and went back to the clinic the dentist who took out my tooth said if any thing else happens to go to emergency at the hospital. Well after 12 hours of lot of blood loss and me not feeling well my husband took me to the emergency where I collapsed and was throwing up blood the emergency nurses and doctors rushed to see me where they were able to stop bleeding After a day and half in hospital because I had a hemorrhage they let me out and advised me to contact the dentist At no time did I have a follow up call to see how I was, and when I called to advised them what happened was told “ so what do you want done “ Well would be nice to have a follow up to see how I was and when I did call to say would you like to come back in a few days to make sure everything is going well? I am sure my experience is not standard but it would have been nice to be taken a little bit more understanding of what had happened to me. Even being told the dentist knew I was on blood thinners but went ahead with the procedure anyway, so a bit of empathy would have been nice with the overwhelming experience I had being in hospital etc

I visit this dental clinic every year, and I’ve always had a great experience. The customer service is consistently friendly, and there’s always someone available to attend to me promptly. The dentist is professional and kind, taking the time to explain everything in detail without overwhelming or shocking me. The service is always completed on time, and they’re transparent about the budget, making sure I’m informed about the costs beforehand. Highly recommend this clinic for their excellent care and efficiency!

Everybody who works there were more than helpful and the Dentist even put fluoride on my teeth afterwards which no other dentist has ever done or even suggested.
