Dr. Regina is amazing. Her work is always excellent , and she’s so gentle, talking you through everything as it happens. She never rushes and always answers every question. I live in Sydney, but I still make sure to come back here every six months when I’m in Melbourne.

Dr Minh was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding of my anxieties surrounding a toothache and wisdom tooth removal. He made me feel comfortable and safe, and the extraction was fast and virtually pain free. If you’re putting off seeing the dentist, book in with Dr Minh - he’s the best! As an added bonus, there were no unnecessary fees or upselling. 10/10 experience.

My wife had fillings done here a couple of weeks ago, and while the dentist was professional and did good work, the follow-up experience was disappointing. She was in a lot of pain afterwards and we tried to make an appointment last week, but were told we’d have to wait and that the best they could offer was a non-guaranteed walk-in on Saturday that wouldn’t include any treatment. Because of that, we had to go to an emergency appointment that night instead. Immediately following her second appointment, she had to wait an hour after briefly stepping out to call while at work and confirm some information. During that time, the receptionist went on break, which caused a long delay and added stress when she needed urgent follow-up care. When I called to cancel today and explain why, I was cut off mid-sentence with an “okay, thank you, bye.” The dentist deserves credit for their professionalism, but the front-desk experience really needs improvement — clearer communication, better customer service training, and a stronger understanding of patients’ needs would make a big difference. The clinic should ensure staff receive proper training in basic manners and customer care so they know how to assist patients appropriately and professionally.
