As always, my appointment at Smart Choice Dental, Maidstone went smoothly. The reception staff are always pleasant to deal with, professional and helpful. My dentist Ben is always excellent at explaining the state of my teeth, what he intends to do and what plans are in place for the future. Overall an excellent experience. Martin.

Been visiting for years. The staff, dentists and hygienists are all top notch, setting a very high standard. Ever courteous and professional. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Always receive good service from all staff on site. Plenty of parking available. Easy to get to even during the late afternoon on a weekday. Dentists on site are all very polite and very good with all the checks and dental care. Keep up the great work.

Needed my teeth cleaned for an event I have coming up in 2 days, my appointment was booked 3 months prior, and on the day of the appointment with 20min before the appointment, when I'm already on my way to the practice. I get a call from them saying they were cancelling the appointment and wanted to reschedule, I'm not going to be able to get my teeth cleaned from anywhere else before my event. If the dentist was sick, they should have arranged another dentist to cover. They are going to receive an invoice from me for wasting MY time... I too run a health care practice, and I've never cancelled an appointment with 20 minutes notice. They should lose their Medibank Member Choice provider status for this. They are no longer my choice or a "smart choice"
