I can’t recommend the team at Smart Choice Dental highly enough. Everyone is always so lovely and kind, and we feel comfortable as soon as we arrive. Kate and Karen, in particular, have gone above and beyond for my little one and have been so caring and patient with us. I'm incredibly grateful for the wonderful work they do.
Needed my teeth cleaned for an event I have coming up in 2 days, my appointment was booked 3 months prior, and on the day of the appointment with 20min before the appointment, when I'm already on my way to the practice. I get a call from them saying they were cancelling the appointment and wanted to reschedule, I'm not going to be able to get my teeth cleaned from anywhere else before my event. If the dentist was sick, they should have arranged another dentist to cover. They are going to receive an invoice from me for wasting MY time... I too run a health care practice, and I've never cancelled an appointment with 20 minutes notice. They should lose their Medibank Member Choice provider status for this. They are no longer my choice or a "smart choice"
Always receive good service from all staff on site. Plenty of parking available. Easy to get to even during the late afternoon on a weekday. Dentists on site are all very polite and very good with all the checks and dental care. Keep up the great work.
I was very anxious going into the appointment getting my fillings done, however Dr. Sammy was understanding, friendly and carried out the procedure almost pain free. He is experienced, professional and precise in his work. Would highly recommend
