My experience with Moonee Ponds Dental began when my wife Denise was a school girl around fifty years ago. Back then she was a patient of Doctor Bruce Hambling, before the practice moved to the Holmes Road address. After we were married in 1981 I became a patient of Doctor Bruce as well. We loved Doctor Bruce, he was an excellent dentist with a kindly manner and wonderful sense of humour. After his untimely passing the practice gave us the option of transferring to another dentist at the practice or going with Doctor Jasmin Lou, who took over Doctor Bruce’s room. We chose Doctor Jasmin and are so glad we did. Doctor Jasmin has provided us with outstanding dental care. She is warm, friendly and a consummate professional. On occasion over the years when I’ve needed dental work doing and Doctor Jasmin has been on holiday, I’ve seen Doctor Steve instead: he’s great too! Dentists are obviously operating in your mouth which is quite an intimate area. It’s important that your dentist be a caring, sensitive and skilful professional. These are the kind of dentists that work at Moonee Ponds Dental.
I had such a great experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. My dentist Steve, was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the procedure. I really appreciated how gentle and thorough they were it made what could have been a stressful visit actually comfortable and smooth. The office is clean, modern, and very well organized. Visiting a dentist is not my favorite pastime, but everyone at moonee ponds dental group is pleasant to communicate with, patient, caring and polite. Dr Steve makes me feel comfortable and at ease as he explains what needs to be done. Both he and his dental nurse check in and provide reassurance at all times. Thanks
Been going to this clinic for 20yrs. Get my teeth worked on and hygiene cleans. Now my parents, kids and friends go. Always greeted so professionally and with a smile. Steve is awesome. Takes care, recommends the action for the most favourable outcome and is gentle, engaging and quick but precise with his work. I don’t like going to the dentist but I definitely feel comfortable on that chair each time. Thank you for always looking out for me.
