Medical One

My initial review about the superior quality of GPs here at Medical One did not post, so I'll post it again. Every GP here ive interacted with had been absolutely fantastic. They provide quality care, advocate for their patients, and work well with complicated cases that require a lot of specialist intervention. Investing in your health is vital, and finding quality doctors is getting harder and harder every day. I will HEAVILY recommend Medical One Moonee Ponds to literally anybody because each doctor, especially my current GP, has been amazing with the care they provide. I had mentioned specific GPs in my initial review, but that may be why it didn't post. Yet thats not needed, because they're all amazing. Any waits you do have will be worth it. I have been an ongoing patient since 2022. My health is incredibly complicated, and having a GP who is able to advocate on my behalf and work diligently to find answers to my medical issues has been vital to my quality of life. Thank you so much to my GP and the previous one I was seeing here because you both have been absolutely amazing in the care you provide. Also thank you to every GP ive had to see here in a pinch during an emergency, because even though you weren't intimately familiar with my case, you took the time to read through my files diligently and ensure top notch care was still received. This is the best medical place ive been to, in 2 different countries. 15/10. Thank you.

I have been attending Medical One Moonee Ponds for about 4 years now and finally getting around to this review. It is all positive. It starts with making a call and friendly reception staff answer without delay and without any annoying long voice recording before you speak to a person. As often is the case, but also recently, Tanya at reception assisted me greatly with a late issue on Friday and got me in to see a doctor. A seamless, easy and pleasant experience as always.

The staff, from the front desk (special shout out to Hamish and Olga), to the nurses and doctors are so professional. They are friendly, welcoming and attention to detail is next to none. To have been coming here not long after they opened until now, I could never imagine going elsewhere. ☺️

I have been a patient at this clinic for decades. I put up with the reception staff, who clearly hate their life and make others aware of it, and the pot hole carpark, because the doctors have always been really good. Im not sure what has changed, or who is instigating it, but all of a sudden, if you are over your 15 min appointment by a few minutes you get changed a double. WITH NO WARNING untill you get to the reception counter. I agree if your appointment is going to be long you need to be charged. But there is no timer in the room, there are no clocks, there is no advise it is likely to occur so you can make an informed decision. I am even madder that I am not reimbursed for my time when the doctor is almost an hour late!! Sorry MedicOne this is disgusting, money grubbing behaviour. What care are you providing your clients?!?! Shame

The best staff and nurse was 10/10! The manager Sandra was amazing, she was kind and helped our appointment run smoothly and on time! 5 stars
