I always visit Dr Mitali and she is an amazing person. Always been a professional and helped me with my dental issues as needed. I like the way she explains things back to me and her explanation to consider any future visits and what needs to be done. My whole family now visits her and we never had any issues .

I had an excellent experience at Bupa Dental Clinic Highpoint, especially with Dr Nidhi Snigdha. She was extremely gentle while performing a deep clean, and the results were amazing—it genuinely restored the whiteness of my teeth. Dr Nidhi is highly professional, caring, and always very thorough in explaining every procedure. I had ongoing issues with my wisdom teeth and gums, and she took the time to help me understand the underlying causes as well as the preventative measures I could take to manage and overcome the pain. Her clear explanations and reassuring approach made a big difference to my comfort and confidence. The reception staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visits. I would absolutely recommend Dr Nidhi to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, gentle, and caring dentist.

I had a dental appointment last month and experienced very poor service. I raised the concern internally. Not appropriate to mention the name the dentist publicly. I want to thank Sam, the practice manager. She contacted me, handled the matter professionally and rebooked my appointment at no charge, which I appreciated. Sam then arranged an appointment with Dr Vanessa. She is highly qualified. She clearly knows her work. She provided honest and clear advice on what needs to be done. I felt confident after seeing her. I hope Dr Vanessa continues at this practice. She made a positive difference.

The staff at the welcome desk are kind and warm, felt very heard and understood, easy to understand everything they explain and love the genuine care and want to go above and beyond. Had my appointment with Dr Michelle Ly, she was fantastic, again a warm caring person who genuinely cared for both my comfort and feelings around dentist work. Did not feel rushed at all, took the time to explain and walk me through her X-Rays, scans and observations of my teeth. Explained various elements of these observations and her recommended next steps. I have not been to a dentist in a very long time due to past experiences and fears. However after today, I will be attending regularly. Thank you Team! ❤️

Bad experience during my 6-monthly check up and clean with Dentist Goka at Highpoint Bupa Dental today. Because i have receding gums and extraordinarily sensitive teeth, I always start with at least 2 upper and 2 lower local anaesthetic injections and all previous dentists have done this leading to a better result all round. However, I feel today's dentist only pretended to give 2 very light ineffective injections and then quickly started the procedure. It seems to me that she addressed my pain by cleaning my teeth superficially and quickly with her main concern being to get me in and out of her chair as quickly as possible....and to not waste a moment on things for which I could not be charged. My most disappointing routine check up and clean experience in many years. Will definitely look for a different dentist next time.
