We cannot thank Medland Orthodontics enough for the exceptional care they provided to both of our children. From the very beginning, the team was professional, kind and truly invested in achieving the best possible outcome for our kids. Our son had canines that were positioned high in the upper part of his mouth, with no room to come through properly. His case was complex and took several years to complete. They fitted a device to gently expand his jaw and used braces to move the teeth down into the correct position. Without this treatment, the canines would have needed to be removed or would have stuck in an embarrassing position. The results have been absolutely amazing. Watching his smile transform has been incredible, and with every step his confidence has grown. They even went above and beyond by repairing his cracked front tooth, something we hadn’t expected. Every aspect of his treatment was handled with skill, patience, and genuine compassion. Going to their beautiful premises and always being offered refreshments was a pleasant experience. And having the staff come out on the removal day and give a gift was a lovely experience for my son. We are beyond happy with the results. Medland Orthodontics has truly changed our children’s lives by giving them beautiful, confident smiles. We highly recommend them to anyone considering orthodontic treatment.
I recently had my wire re-glued, and unfortunately the experience was not satisfactory. Since the appointment, I have been unable to bite properly because the glue appears to be too high to the point where my molars don’t touch at all when biting down. I raised this concern multiple times during the visit, but was advised that it should be fine and that the molar would eventually settle and my bite would be fine. I was told that if the discomfort persists after a month, I could contact the clinic to have it redone. When I explained that I could not bite down properly, the staff member responded, “It’s just your bite,” which did not adequately address the issue or my concerns. As I am currently unable to close my mouth properly due to the way my bite is sitting, I have now booked an appointment with Medland Benowa to rectify the issue.
Highly recommended, staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing is ever a problem. Very happy with their service.
We have had a great experience at Medland Orthodontics Upper Coomera with Dr Luong. We have put two kids through treatment here — one had an expander and is about to start braces, and the other has already had braces, and the results and care have been amazing. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and Dr Luong is professional, clear, and takes the time to explain everything. The clinic is modern and comfortable, and we felt well looked after throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
