Dr Natalie and Wise Dental have literally changed my life. After having a big phobia of dentists, I was guilty of not going to one for a long time. Then I got an abcess. Wise Dental were the only clinic out of three that I contacted as an emergency that actually got back to me immediately after seeing my notes and that it was an abcess situation to offer me an appointment in just two hours time. Straight away the staff were extremely friendly, very supportive and most inportantly for me, completely non-judgemental or stand-offish due to the state of my teeth. Dr Natalie put me at ease straight away and talked me through the whole process to reassure me. She was extremely professional and showed she genuinely cared for her patients. The process was very efficient and pain-free and stress-free. The post op information was very clear and I even recieved a phone call the next day from Dr Natalie to check how I was feeling. To me, that went above and beyond anything I have previously experienced. Because of Dr Natalie and Wise Dental, I now have no fear of the dentist and have even booked in to do regular checks starting next month. I am actually looking forward to going to the dentist now and feel extremely grateful that I am now on the path to get my dental health back on-track; something I have wanted to do for a long time, but hadn’t found the right dentist. 19/05/26 - messaged these guys about wisdom tooth pain the night before around 7pm through this website, was contacted/called back within an hour! (Great customer service) told them I’d previously been on antibiotics for an infection, told them I wanted my wisdom tooth out asap didn’t wanna go through any more pain. As a previous dentist I went to referred me to an oral surgeon that was 5 weeks wait, I was not prepared to wait that long. Booked in the next day afternoon. Wasn’t sure what to expect but as soon as I got into the seat, the young gentleman dentist told me what’s wrong and talked me through options that made sense, clearly advised me it’s not wisdom tooth pain it’s impacted the molar in front and that tooth is causing the pain/infection, he was very certain the wisdom tooth will need to come out, but talked on options for the molar infront either root canal or remove tooth for an implant. Obviously I’m in shock have no idea what those are and I’m sure he could tell, he done his absolute best to explain them to me. I just explain I want the pain gone, he said will do that, got into his tools and got the decay out of the tooth and booked me on next week to see what decisions I’ve made. As a person in their late 20s who usually knows what they want I was absolutely very much appreciative of this young dentist in helping me out. the next morning felt just slight tenderness as expected but no more pain. And most importantly he has given me time to think over the decision. Thank you to this dental practice who actually genuinely care about their service they provide right from reception to the assistant and the dentist man himself! I also traveled over 35mins away to this place and I can confirm the service was very much worth it I feel very looked after and can’t wait for my next appointment to get it all fully sorted! My son had a bicycle accident and we needed an emergency dental appointment to fix one of his front teeth. The team at Wise were amazing! They got us an appointment that night and did an excellent job. They even followed up the next day to ensure everything was going well. Would highly recommend.

I needed to have an emergency extraction on Australia Day due to an infected molar that was causing me a great deal of pain and making me sick.
