Our dentist Ma Abdulrahman is an excellent dentist in every sense. Always polite, welcoming, a great listener, and very accommodating. His work is consistently spot on. My family sees him regularly for cleans and I have also had fillings done. He’s fast, precise, and makes everything look effortless. He’s been our family dentist for 4 years now, and I honestly wouldn’t see anyone else. I’ve seen many dentists over the years, in different parts of the world, and none compare to him. He’s humble, calm, and genuinely pleasant to be around. He also handled both of my boys’ tongue-tie procedures incredibly well. He was patient, reassuring, and knew exactly how to manage their fears and expectations. I really can’t say enough good things about him.
As in incredibly anxious patient, Demi made me feel so confident and comfortable. For context, I am 11/10 anxiety and white coat syndrome - she made getting a filling/cracked tooth fix so simple, so far and not a single moment of being uncomfortable. Cannot believe it. Thank you! I recently had extensive dental work done, and Dr. Gaurav made the entire experience far less stressful. I found him to be highly meticulous and confident in his work. He clearly explains every step of the treatment in a way that’s easy to understand and keeps me informed about my progress, regularly checking in to ensure I’m comfortable throughout the procedure. He works at a pace that suits my budget, and I never feel pressured into treatments I can’t afford right away.
Dr Demi Lee Muir was lovely as was the gentleman who worked with her (sorry I've forgotten his name). I don't like dental visits, even cleans, (does anyone!!!) as I always leave with pain & discomfort for hours afterwards. My previous dentist was excellent but he has become a complex dental surgery so I needed to find another surgery for my 6 monthly cleans & check-ups. I'm with AHM for extras & they align with Pacific Smiles Dental for two free cleans per year. Dr Muir took x-rays and photos so that she could thoroughly assess my teeth & then proceeded to clean them - & I experienced no residual pain or discomfort afterwards !!! Also, the x-rays and photos were part of the package & cost me nothing. Thank you Pacific Smiles & AHM.
