The most thorough examination I've ever received. Dr Joon left no stone unturned. He answered all questions and was extremely valuable sifting through the incorrect advice I'd been previously given. It was evident my previous dentists were cash gouging. I re booked my next appointment for six months time immediately.
I've been going to Maven Dental for the past 6 or so years (and totally to Teeth before it). The staff are always friendly, happy to chat, and always great with their communications, despite some problems in recent times (changes of location and staff). They have high-quality specialists if you require specific work done (I've had everything from extractions to implants done). Their work is always top quality, and I have no complaints.
"Amazing experience! Brought my 4.5-year-old son and 12-year-old daughter to Maven Dental for a check up and clean with Dr Mila and I am so impressed! From the moment we walked in the reception made us all feel very welcomed. Dr Mila was caring, gentle and informative she explained everything clearly and make the visits easy and stress-free for us as parents too. It’s such a nice feeling finding a dental practice where the kids are genuinely happy to go. Highly recommend to any families looking for a caring and professional dentist.
AMAZING service! I made an online booking for the same day as I wanted a thorough clean done. Not knowing if I had made the correct booking online, I discussed my concerns with a receptionist on the phone who was very helpful and mentioned that my appointment was with the dentist that afternoon. Upon arrival, the same receptionist informed me that they had managed to change my booking to be with the hygienist, which I was very happy about. The hygienist and their assistant were both friendly and funny, and made the experience more comfortable. The price was incredible - X-rays, full check up and a good clean for $199 under the new patient offer. Overall I am extremely satisfied as I received same-day service, the receptionist went above and beyond, the work completed was great, and the next steps are clear. I look forward to returning as recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
