Timothy Smith is amazing! I had a complex case with an infected root canal and a few options to deal with, Tim took a 3D scan and share with me all the possible options, its outcomes and what could be the most beneficial option in the long run. I talked to another specialist before who didn’t even want to take a scan, he said he would fix it straight away, which my dentist and I were surprised as we didn’t lean towards that solution… Tim didn’t lean towards the same solution, in fact he recommended the exactly opposite, I am so glad that I followed my intuition and booked with him. I trusted him from the moment I opened the door. I felt guided, supported, and walk out that door with a plan without any doubts about my next steps. Thank you so much. Can’t recommend enough.

I had a root canal treatment. The experience was 10/10. Smooth booking process, top of the line machine for dental imaging and excellent clinical treatment. It was the most comfortable dental procedure I’ve had. Highly recommend!

I was very unhappy with this service. They were expensive - $3400 for a root canal treatment that took 1 hour only.. I asked when I should get the crown done and was told 6 months. I receive ZERO other post procedure advice - nothing about the tooth being less robust than a regular tooth - no handouts - nothing. Initially I was so happy because I was pain free BUT one month later the tooth cracked! It was a deep margin crack which my dentist decided to crown, which was another disaster. Finally 8 months later I had it extracted. $5000 for a tooth I no longer have. Result - I have changed dentists - I strongly recommend against this Endodontic group. They may be qualified and have fancy rooms, but they don’t provide proper care.

BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD After a long substantial fear of Dentists I have found the Endodontic Group to be exceptional in their care and treatment in what would usually be a horrifying experience for me. Their explanations of the treatment and what to expect partnered with their professionalism and genuine patient care has left me feeling confident in their abilities, they are certainly at the top of their field. I would have no hesitation in returning to this practice again should I ever need further root canal treatments, and I will be recommending that family and friends do the same. Best endodontic experience ever, I have had 4 or 5 no pain at all except for a small prick for inside numbing then NOTHING. I was waiting but it never happened. Dr Tim Smith spent time to explain my before and after options. More than happy with Tim and his team no fuss professional approach.
