Worst experience! Got a filling by Dr Bella 3 weeks ago had nothing but problems since with my mouth feeling tight and sensitive went back a week after filling paid $100 to see Dr Bella for 30 seconds she didn’t even look at her shonky work then when I rang and said of my disappointment the only thing they could offer me was another $100 appointment to see Dr Bella for 30 seconds! Dr Bella seems to lack experience. The company is very money hungry and do not care about there patients. Dr Bella caused my problems and all she wants to do is keep taking of me, absolute day time robbery
Dentist is clean & I went here for a repair because my son had had a great experience with them previously, albeit that dentist has now left the practice! Today's appointment was incredibly disappointing, I was given pricing on the phone which more than doubled in the appointment as the dentist added extras in... then I was billed $72 for the <15 minute appointment when all they did was sit me in the chair, look at my teeth & price up what should've been set price services! Very disappointed at having to continue the search for our family dentist!
Visited as I had tooth pain. Very unhappy with the way I was treated and not given costings of the "filling" being over $400. When the dentist was unhappy she would sigh and even though I was numb, I was demanded to keep my tongue relaxed and to "help her", I couldn't feel it! The worst dental experience I have ever had. Bedside manner is non-existent. To make matters worse, after 1hr 15minutes in the chair, they didn't attend to the tooth that was hurting, they filled the one behind so I am still in pain! I am waiting for the practice manager to return my call from hours ago as I now feel like I have to pay double and go through this all again. Very disappointed to say the least!
9am 2 old crowns removed as decaying under. All cleaned up 10.30am back home. Same day 1pm back to have new crowns installed, 2pm finished & home. 4am next day get up to take dog walking. No soreness or evidence anything had been done. Dr Harry explained everything along the way, including possible negatives. None came to fruition! A very positive outcome & I'd totally recommend him, Bella & the staff. JG.
So happy to find a dentist that actually listens to you and treats you with care. Laid the cost out and gave me the choice of what to do and when. I’m also terrible with needles and a fear of dentist from childhood trauma. Restored my faith, thank you.
