I have taken my entire family to see the team at Coastal Dental Care Burleigh for 10+ years. We wouldn't go anywhere else. I cannot praise this team highly enough! They are caring, extremely gentle, professional and understanding. Dr Norah Ayad and Dr Maddison are both amazing and we always leave our treatments feeling relief and gratitude. I am deeply grateful for the exceptional care I received from Dr. Norah Ayad at Coastal Dental Care (Burleigh Waters). After many years, I have finally found a dentist for life. From the moment I first entered her clinic, I felt I was in a place that was truly professional, comfortable, and genuine. The reception staff are incredibly welcoming and professional; they made me feel completely at home in a safe and peaceful environment. The clinic itself is very modern, full of the latest technology, giving me great confidence from the start. From our very first session, I was impressed by Dr. Ayad’s thoroughness. She did a complete examination with X-rays and gave a detailed treatment plan, including a clear timetable and an honest breakdown of costs. In an era now where costs are soaring through the roof, I am very careful with my expenses nowadays. But Dr Norah and Coastal Dental Care have been incredibly reasonable and fair with their charges, and always extremely transparent, so no surprise costs. But what really makes Dr. Ayad stand out is her expertise. I didn’t realise until I saw her just how knowledgeable she is. Later I found this is because, despite achieving full dental qualifications, she is still pushing herself as a leader in national organisations and research, such as having been the Queensland President of the Australian Dental Association. Knowing that she is an expert who helps set the standards for other dentists gives me great confidence in her work. Lastly, despite all her skills and expertise, she is incredibly down-to-earth and kind. She has such a gentle touch; during a recent visit, I honestly couldn’t believe she had finished the procedure because I genuinely didn’t feel a thing. I have often told Dr. Ayad that I believe God has blessed her with remarkable hands, exceptional dental talent, and the knowledge to relieve suffering and restore health. I absolutely love this dentist, Dr Maddie and dental assistant Andrea are wonderful. So professional and at the same time very caring. Follow up care was exceptional! Makes it easy to go back and have all your check ups.

They treated my tooth sensitivity with lots of care and the entire process was very quick and professional.
